I`m a Muslim, an ex-student (2004 - 2009) of St. Thomas` Anglican Christian Mission All Boys Secondary School Kuching (opposite the St. Thomas` Cathedral), took Bible Study and I would like to express my opinion about this matter, AS A MUSLIM. About this `Allah ` issue, this issue should not be an issue because the Christians in Sabah & Sarawak have been using `Allah` and `Allah Taala` (Bup Kudus ngena Jako Iban) for a long time already.
The problem only occured in the Peninsular Malaysia. The Arab Christians in Arab countries also using Allah in their Arabic Bibles and during masses, and the Arab Muslims don`t have problems with them using the word. Because the Holy Qur`an said, "AlhamduLILLAHI ROBBIL`ALAMEEN..." "All praise be to ALLAH, THE LORD OF THE WORLD..." (The Holy Qur`an; Surah Al-Fatihah verse 2) The Holy Qur`an never said, "AlhamduLILLAHI ROBBIL MUSLIMEEN..." "All praise be to ALLAH, THE LORD FOR THE MUSLIMS ONLY."
ALLAH is the Lord of The Whole Universe, All Humanity, have the right to praise Allah and NO ONE have the right to AVOID anyone in saying and praising Allah. "And if indeed thou ask them who it is that sends down rain from the sky, and gives life therewith to the earth after its death, they will certainly reply, "Allah!" Say, ALHAMDULILLAH "Praise be to Allah!" But most of them understand not." (The Holy Qur`an; Surah Al-Ankabut verse 63) This verse tells us that if the non-Muslims praising Allah, we Muslim should said, ALHAMDULILLAH, Thank You Allah, not banning them from praising Allah. Everytime if my Christian friends say ALHAMDULILLAH, INSYA ALLAH, YA ALLAH, I`ll reply by saying, ALHAMDULILLAH, because they also believe in Allah.
Regardless of what race and religion you are, either you`re Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, Atheists (eventhough they don`t believe in God). If they said that Allah use by the Christians are meant to convert the Muslims into Christianity, I OBJECT, because, I`ve been into the church, I touched the holy water, I memorized some of the Christian songs (LORD DISMISS US, AMAZING GRACE), some of the Christmas songs (THE FIRST NOEL, JOY TO THE WORLD) and guess what? I`M STILL A MUSLIM. I`ve lots of Christians friends and even our Lord Bishop`s son, is the friend of ours. ~ I`M A MUSLIM AND I SUPPORT THE CHRISTIANS USING ALLAH IN THEIR BIBLES AND DURING MASSES! Allah for all!
1SARAWAK sudah lama kami amalkan sejak di era Dinasti Era Rajah Putih kami Rajah Brooke dan jangan kerana kami bersetuju untuk bersama-sama membentuk Malaysia maka KAMU YANG BUKAN ANAK SARAWAK CUBA UNTUK MENGATUR PENGHIDUPAN KAMI DI SARAWAK.
Jangan mendesak kami Bangsa Negara Sarawak untuk mula mengiyakan kata-kata Tun Jugah kami.
